Our Strategic Plan to 2025
Our Purpose is guiding the fight against homelessness. Our Ambition is to be recognized as the authoritative guide on how governments, service providers, and community leaders can best leverage their combined resources in a unified fight against homelessness. Our Strategic Plan to 2025 outlines how we’ll achieve this through trusted advisory relationships, reconciliation efforts, system-wide advocacy, and innovative research and data analytics.
Developed through extensive community engagement with over 75 stakeholders—including funded agencies, government partners, Indigenous organizations, and people with lived experience—this plan reflects our commitment to collaborative decision-making and shared responsibility in addressing homelessness.
