Note: At Data That Makes a Difference, we believe data represents people. We’re looking for presentations that bring that idea to life—engaging stories, practical insights, and clear impact. In your submission, share how your data has led to learning or change, and how those lessons can be applied by others. Our audience is eager to connect your insights to their own work, so weave in the human element and focus on what comes next. Importantly, we are looking for an engaging presentation, one that combines a clear story, using strong visuals, relatable anecdotes, and confident delivery to connect emotionally and keep listeners involved. Key elements of an engaging presentation include a compelling hook, relatable narratives, audience involvement, clean slides with minimal text, and a memorable takeaway. Each presentation will be followed by a Q and A from a mixed audience of experts, practitioners, government representatives, and people with lived experience. We ask that you engage with an audience of varied expertise and experience.
Submissions close on February 9, 2026 at 12:00 PM MST.
