Extreme Weather Response (EWR)
EWR is a collaborative effort between the City of Calgary, Calgary Homeless Foundation, and numerous organizations throughout the city. The program aims to provide spaces throughout the city with capacity for 400 individuals experiencing homelessness at any given time, as well as connection to overnight shelters and resources.
